Overview

In 2024, CDI Group expanded its infrastructure business in the marine & land logistics and cold chain sector with the establishment of PT Chandra Shipping International (CSI), Chandra Maritime International Pte. Ltd.(CMI), PT Chandra Cold Chain (CCC), and acquisition of PT Marina Indah Maritim (MIM). CSI, CMI, MIM are active in the shipping industry and currently manage a fleet of 14 gas and chemicals transport vessels including 2 under construction.

Marine Logistics

The marine vessels are operated under CDI Group and are serving Chandra Asri Group and external clients. Established in 2024, PT Chandra Shipping International (CSI), Chandra Maritime International Pte. Ltd. (CMI) and PT Marina Indah Maritim (MIM), which acquired in the same year, operate a shipping business, which currently owns 14 gas and chemicals transport vessels (2 unit under construction).
